[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, background-color: transparent; border: #transparent solid 15px; width: 400px; padding: 10 5 10 10px;] take your chances now arianna walked among the various people in the mall, looking for the new sale at her favorite clothing store. she used to get such great deals and even new arrivals from the place. but since she was taking things slow and settling down a bit, she decided to take a nice normal walk and shop in the mall. she had came to the mall multiple times while she had been in crystal lake. it was a nice mall at that and she enjoyed every visit. it made her feel normal for once. he only hoped that she wouldn't get stopped on her little walk to her store, that would not necessarily be normal. arianna took a stroll around the store, being rather picky this time of her choice of clothing. she traced her fingers on the clothing, having to lift up her sunglasses to see the proper color of some of the dresses on the racks. she eventually only picked up two dresses and a nice bikini for the beach. she was planning on heading over sometime that week. the weather had been getting warm and she absolutely adored the beach no matter what coast it was. the actress smoothed out her hair as she slowed down noticing the long line ahead of her. of course everyone else had the same idea. it was a no duh moment, however the wait wouldn't affect ari, she had nowhere to be surprisingly. it was nice to have a break finally, from all of the filming and photo shoots and interviews. it got pretty hectic sometimes and she managed to handle it all. she managed to handle so much at a young age and it has definitely payed off. it was all of her mother's doing, but unfortunately she never gave her mother the credit. the two had a complicated relationship that they never really talked about or fixed. it hasn't changed since. all ari knows is that her mother is a retired and rolling in the money she made for her. ari had to admit she was a fantastic agent and manager, she just couldn't handle her mother anymore. she never actually acted like a mom, and she believes that was the problem that drew them away from each other. arianna tried to clear her mind as she took a stand in line. she checked her phone for the time and also to see if anyone had texted or called her in that past hour. only one call. she put her phone away deciding to deal with it later. right now it was her time to take care of herself for once... on her own at least. with a small yawn, ari shifted her weight to one foot. she looked ahead seeing that the line had been moving. she couldn't believe that they only had one employee at the counter checking out items. it was unbelievable, and arianna almost wanted to walk up to the young woman and ask her to bring the manager. although, that would only call attention to herself and it really wasn't necessarily, it was only how she had felt at the time. after a moment, she noticed that the brunette in front of her was not moving ahead, and there was just enough space to move up in line. arianna gave the girl a tap on the shoulder and said politely, "could you move forward?"notes: hope this is alright c: OUTFIT |

Normally Stephanie wasn't the kind of girl who liked to shop. She was the kind of girl that picked her things up from small department stores in a rush or her cloths were gifts from other people. She didn't always have the best time, nor the money to really spend, however she couldn't take being cooped up in her house any longer. The girl had a lot on her mind, something was bother her, although it wasn't really a bad thing, however it was enough to drive her so insane she found herself at the mall, being surrounded by the crowd of people. This normally wasn't her scene. She didn't like people and she didn't care for shopping, so many might have found it weird that she ended up here. But here was the only place she could think of, where the noise would be so loud she wouldn't be able to think straight, which was sure to mean her current thoughts would stay at bay.
What might be bothering Stephanie so much you may wonder, well it happened to be a friend of hers. A guy who had recently kissed her out of the clear blue. He was her best friend and someone she always pictured to have around in her life. However with the kisses that had been shared and the admittance of feelings, the girl couldn't help but worry that the boy would come to his since and run for the hills. After all Stephanie had been known to be the demanding and kind of controlling type. She wasn't to good at being nice all the time, however she always had the best intentions. The boy swore these were things he liked about her, however she couldn't really imagine someone liking those type of qualities, however she tried her best. The last thing she wanted was to talk negatively about herself and chase him off for good. After all, that was the fear that was already in her mind, loosing her best friend. It was the number one no no, but it was also currently the number one thing laid on the line.
That's why she was now trying on cloths. It wasn't that she was looking for something to impress the boy with, she knew he would tell her she looked good no matter what, but instead she just wanted the thought to go away. There was so many questions, like where did they stand now. Where they still friends, where they more, where they less. Did he finally see he could do so much better. Not only was Stephanie a pain in the ass, but she wasn't much of a looker either. There were so many things that had the girl worried, that she hadn't even noticed that she had cloths picked out and was now in line waiting to pay.
Looking up, the girl couldn't help but allow her mind to slip into away, thinking of the kiss, the one where she leaned up, meeting his lips, his hand pressed on the back of her neck as her hands rested, one on his chest and the other on his cheek. It had been perfect, even if the both of them had been covered in cupcakes. Stephanie was so gone in the memory, she hadn't even noticed the line movie, not until she felt a tap on the shoulder and a familiar voice speaking. It wasn't a voice she had ever heard in person before, however she knew it. Turning around she saw the women. She was an actress and Stephanie was almost in shock for a moment, but tried to play it cool "Oh I'm so sorry Ms. Holloway." She said as she moved up in the line, before turning around and taking the girls hand shaking it, without it even being offered to her. "I am such a big fan of yours." She said lightly, feeling weird all of the sudden for just taking control to the moment, something she had told herself she was going to work on.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, background-color: transparent; border: #transparent solid 15px; width: 400px; padding: 10 5 10 10px;] take your chances now arianna gave the girl a small smile as she apologized and stepped up in line. "it's alright," she said stepping up after the girl. she folded her hands in front of her, noting that she had recognized her face. ari was used to this, and she liked it when people weren't overly creepy about seeing her around crystal lake. she let out a breath when the girl in front of her shook her hand. she smiled and shook back with a nod. she was a big fan, that was always nice to hear no matter how times she would hear it. it was always nice to have these simple compliments from fans. it brought the small, warm smile to her face once more. "thank you," she said thoughtfully. there was no need to introduce herself, she was used to that. but some people didn't usually introduce themselves. she always wondered why, she wouldn't exactly know. introducing herself came naturally if the situation called for it. she thought that it would be strange asking for her name, she most likely didn't need to know. arianna shook the thought from her head and looked behind her as a line formed. it was busy enough, great business for the store. she folded her arms as she looked back to the girl in front of her. she had the sweetest smile and she couldn't help but smile back. the line was going by very slowly, not moving at all since she had moved up a couple steps. she didn't quite know what else to say, only that she hoped no one else would really notice her. notes: lol it's fine and sorry for the delay been busy >.< OUTFIT |

When the girl had asked her to move forward, Stephanie almost got annoyed, after all it wasn't like there was much room in front of her, however she was the kind of girl who was kind to move up any way and with a smile. However, when Stephanie had turned around to apologize to the person who clearly didn't like the fact that Stephanie had been in her own little world, she recognized her immediately. It was Arianna Holloway, she was an actress and Stephanie was a big fan of her. One of Stephanies dreams was to be an actress, well one on Broadway where she could sing, after all singing was her biggest dream. However, it also meant she needed the ability to act and with that she knew all the actresses and actors of her time.
Normally Stephanie wasn't the fan girl type, the kind that stood there star struck, after all she knew a few stars, her best friend was a recording artist, granted he wasn't famous famous or anything, but he had his own cd out, still, it was different to meet a star and before Stephanie could stop herself she was acting like a fool and telling the women how much of a fan she was. What was she eight? She must have sounded like it. "Oh I'm sorry, I'm Stephanie, not that, that's important." She went on, still going on like some little kid who had met the super hero of their dreams. "Iv seen all of your movies, well studied them along with some other greats. See I want to be an actress on Broadway, my dream is to sing." Stephanie went on, as if the girl cared.
When Stephanie could finally stop herself she shook her head. "I'm sorry, that was to much information, I'm just going to turn around now and pretend I didn't see you and if you could, please pretend I didn't just make a ass out of myself." Stephanie said, before turning around and noticing the line hadn't moved at all. It seemed like it was not going to be a long awkward wait. She already felt like she had stuck her foot in her mouth and she wished she could rewind the past five minutes. Not only had she spoken so much, but she probably sounded like some creepy fan when that wasn't the case. Biting her lip, all Stephanie could do was hope for the line to move and quick. The longer she stood here the more of a fool she felt like.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, background-color: transparent; border: #transparent solid 15px; width: 400px; padding: 10 5 10 10px;] take your chances now Arianna listened as the girl introduced herself as Stephanie. And just as she was about to speak the girl went on. A smile formed on her face as she mentioned that she had seen all of her movies. She tilted her head at the fact that her dream was to be on Broadway. That was a big dream, then again, Ari's dream of becoming an actress was big and she made. Although she couldn't say it was fair the way she got into it all. She started commercials and modeling when she was young and that was good way to sneak herself in as small roles and extras at the time until she became serious about and really started to love acting. It all soared as people began to notice her talent. When Stephanie shook her head and apologized for her talking, Arianna shook her head as the girl turned around. She touched her shoulder and said, “You are not making a fool of yourself, and it's nice to meet you.” Ari didn't want anyone to feel like they had to act perfectly in front of stars, especially not herself. Stars and fellow actors were crazy enough, no one was perfect, that was only what media made things out to be – almost as if she were an icon. Besides even though she was a big actress she still had her moments of fan girling when she met one of her favorite actors or singers. Although it had to be different when she had to actually work with them. She went on, moving the topic back to what Stephanie had said about wanting to be a singer. She thought it was sweet that she had mentioned that one idea to her. Arianna also thought that she wouldn't get as recognized if she continued talking to the girl. “Being on Broadway. That's a big thing,” she said with a small smile. “Have you done any singing or acting around here? Maybe a show or something? She was interested to know. Starting small had always been the beginning, and Ari knew that for sure. notes: no worries! mine is too OUTFIT |

When it came to being an actress or singer, Stephanie had taken many classes in both. She started at a young age, taking dance, singing lessons, piano, acting classes, she did it all. Granted, it all started as a way for her parents to get her out of the house why they fought, but it ended up being things she liked and soon become goals in life. Her favorite was singing. She didn't start out to well though, it took many singing lessons to get the voice she now had. Although she studied all kinds of actors, actresses, singers, anyone who might help her learn a new edge. Her favorite Broadway plays were things like wicked, cats, mama mia. She knew all of the songs, all of the actors and actresses in it. It was her dream to one day stand next to them and be just as world wide famous as them. She just didn't know if she would ever reach that dream.
Looking at the line in front of her, she leaned to the side, trying to see how many more people were still in front of her. Moving back to her spot, she wondered how much longer this could really take. After all, the few things she had in her hand were not worth all of this. Feeling the tap on her shoulder, Stephanie turned around to see Arianna again. Smiling lightly she nodded again and leaned in close "Sorry if I fan girled to much, I'm sure your trying to lay low." Laughing lightly Stephanie looked around, making sure she hadn't blown the girls cover. She would feel bad if she brought on a mad mob of fans, messing up the girls quiet day, which Stephanie was sure she was trying to get.
Looking back at the girl as she started to ask more about her, Stephanie was confused. Why would a big time actress care about a small town girl like her. "Yea its a big dream, one iv had for a long time. I just cant bare to give it up." Watching the women she shrugged "Iv done a few things around town. I was the lead of all the plays in high school and iv sang at a few town events and a few other things. My friend who is a recording artist said he would do a duet with me and maybe put it on his next cd. It was kind of a deal we made. If he really does it, I hope that gets me heard of you know?" There she went again, rambling on. "So are there any secrets to getting sought out? I mean how did you do it?" She didn't mean to get so personal, but any advise she could get, she would take.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, background-color: transparent; border: #transparent solid 15px; width: 400px; padding: 10 5 10 10px;] take your chances now Arianna always thought that becoming big was all about drive and talent. Without the drive and motivation to get somewhere, there was no way of getting to a goal. And without the talent, you were only setting yourself up for failure, which is something Ari hated seeing. The slight mention of this girl's dream gave Arianna hope that the girl was at least good. She liked to see people fulfill what they have been working at for so long. It was triumphant feeling that Arianna never exactly had. Except for when she was nominated, but that was different. She had been working since she was a pre-teen so nothing was new for her, and loving to act and work with others on such amazing projects was a major drive. She absolutely loved it. She smiled with a small shrug as the girl apologized. It wasn't too much of a problem, but it could be soon if she wasn't careful. She had wanted to get through the mall without being followed. "It's alright," she said with a shake of her head. Arianna listened as Stephanie went on, listing the various events and shows she has done in the past. Ari was impressed and proud that she was working so hard. She must have been good if she was singing at events. She nodded her head as she heard of her friend that was a recording artist. That was a good plus, and the mention that he would sing with her would definitely help. "That's great," she said in the midst of the girl's words. The actress tilted her head, making a slight hum sound as she thought. "Well," she began, looking to the girl. "Singing with your friend will get you noticed as a singer. But, nothing is going to be all of a sudden. The most it could get you is probably an agent or getting signed with a recording company. If you're that good of course." She gave a small smile. She didn't really know much about singing as she did press and film, but she would give her some advice. "I'd say looking out for big auditions and getting your face out there."notes: sorry this took so long >.< OUTFIT |

Stephanie knew it was going to take a lot to be at the top and even more to do the kind of thing she wanted to do in life. Many people said it was easier to be in movies or on television than it was to be on Broadway. It was harder to get a gig for those things. You had to have the voice, the acting, you had to have star potential and the right look. Most people could either sing or act, it was harder to find a person who could do both and do it well. Not to mention a lot of the shows also had dancing, meaning you had to be a triple threat, something Stephanie always doubted herself on. She had spent many years trying to perfect each, but the real questions was if she succeeded, if she could really pull of all three of them, at once.
As Stephanie kept speaking she could see times when Arianna wanted to speak. Stephanie hated how she always took control of conversations, talking to much. She had promised Danny she would try to fix that, stop it, however that was becoming a hard promise to keep. She had never noticed how much controlling a situation took over her life. However, the few words she did slip in, seemed to be enough for Stephanie and she just kept going, smiling when the girl said it was great that she might get to make a song with her friend. Stephanie knew it wouldn't be enough to do anything major, but she hoped it at least got her name out there. After all, people around the us would be listening to her friends cd, so she would be heard.
Listening as the girl finally got her turn to speak, Stephanie nodded, taking everything in. It wasn't much, however she would take whatever she could get. Turning around she noticed the line had moved and she moved up with it. "Well that's what I was hoping, that it would at least get my name out their. I'm not looking to really get signed, I don't want to be just a singer, if I sing I want it to be for plays or movie, my main thing is acting. However, since Broadway is all about the music, I hope it will help me that way." nodding she kept listening "Oh I know. I keep looking and crossing my fingers. I'm thinking about spreading out where I look, start trying to small tv and movie parts, just things to really get out there, but I'm not sure where to get those kind of connections."

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, background-color: transparent; border: #transparent solid 15px; width: 400px; padding: 10 5 10 10px;] take your chances now Arianna listened as Stephanie spoke, noting that Broadway was the only thing she really wanted. Getting an agent or signed with a record company wouldn't do any good as far as getting to New or to be on the big stage. She tried to think of what else may help this girl. Arianna knew that film and TV was completely different than musical theater. In theater you had to be a triple threat and you couldn't mess up. You only had one take. Whereas in film you had as many takes as you needed before getting it right. Also there were stunt doubles. In a way being an actor on Broadway was a lot harder to get. As far as casting went, they were rather similar. It was about the look, the talent, who you knew, what you've done, and you as a person. Tilting her head slightly as she thought, Arianna shook her head. "That's good. But small TV and movie parts will only suck you into the industry more than anything." She knew that for sure, she had practically got sucked into television until she decided she wanted to do more bigger things. And that's when the movies started. Suffice to say she loved it a lot more. Acting in musical theater and acting on television were two separate fields, and Arianna was sure Stephanie knew that well. Stephanie seemed to be very educated in it all, she just needed to take a bigger step. And that would be moving to New York in Arianna's book. "And you know there are theater agencies out there. Search around online for some and submit to some good ones. I'm sure you'll know which will be good for you or not," she said with a small smile. "But, yea, I think that will help you more than anything. Unless you're willing to actually go up to New York and deal with trial and error for a while." Ari shrugged, knowing the process of failure before success. It was frustrating but motivating, and extremely rewarding in the end.
