that one thing.
[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=style, width: 330px; background-color:#af9ea8; padding:0px;] the brisk wind that had picked up around her had definitely made her uneasy, daelynn wandered through the deep woods, holding her satchel of art supplies at her waist as she did so. trampling over branches, and fallen dead leaves, she wound her way deeper and deeper. she could hear it before she could see it, and smell it before she could taste the sweet clean water. the stream, that ran through the woods, and down into the lake a few miles away from where she currently was. this had been a spot she came regularly, a little way off the main track, but close enough that she wasn't about to get lost in the middle of no where. there was definitely a path that had started to form through the woods where she walked, the same path she took every single sunday morning. it was quite possibly the only place she found complete and utter solace, no one knew where she was, there was no signal on her phone, and she was completely and utterly alone. left with nature, and everything that nature had to offer her. the peace and serenity left a pleasant taste in her mouth, especially when she was drawing, or painting. today, her sketchbook under arm, she finally made it to the clearing, setting her bag on the ground, she found a mostly dry spot under a tree, right next to the stream, and she settled in against the tree trunk, peeling open a fresh page in her book - she grabbed her pencil set, and set about letting her imagination loose on paper. |
