It's 2013. While Raccoon may have been safely covered, what happened to the world wasn't. Life as we knew it crumbled and we've been fighting ever since the T-Virus escaped the city, but all was not lost. The past served hopeful as cities were risen for survivors and the BSAA rose from the ashes with help of the surviving STARS team.
The infection still poses as our greatest threat, even with the barricaded city walls, but everyone has been on edge. Umbrella may have been crippled once the survivors bring them down, but Wesker is on the loose. Same shit, different day. Reports of missing traders and convoys keep piling up, along with sightings of...different threats. He won't stop until everyone is dead and the world is his to rebuild. That is unless we stop him.
